Orders are shipped and delivered according to the timeframes indicated below.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, customs operations, or circumstances beyond Buttero's control.

Italy
Delivery within 2-6 business days.
Shipping cost: €10.00

Europe (EU and Norway)
Delivery within 4-6 business days.
Shipping cost: €18.00

Non-EU (Switzerland and United Kingdom)
Delivery within 4-6 business days.
Shipping cost: €20.00

United States and Canada
Delivery within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs: €35.00 for orders up to €500 / €50.00 for orders over €500

Rest of the World (Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, Asia, Africa and South America)
Delivery within 7-10 business days.
Shipping cost: €70.00

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND CHARGES
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other costs required by the competent authorities are not included in the product price or shipping costs and remain entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
The Customer is required to check in advance whether such charges apply in the destination country and to arrange payment, if requested, in order to allow customs clearance and delivery of the goods.
Should the Customer fail to pay the amounts due, refuse delivery, or fail to cooperate in completing customs formalities, the shipment may be held by the competent authorities or returned to the sender. In such cases, Buttero reserves the right to charge the Customer for all costs incurred, including, by way of example and not limitation, those related to storage, customs handling, return of the goods, reshipment, or other resulting expenses, deducting them, where applicable, from any refund due.
